Paid Media Manager

Location: This will be an Office-based role in Bucharest (3-4 days a week)
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Manager to oversee and optimize our paid media efforts within a fast-paced B2B SaaS / cybersecurity environment. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for our external paid media agency, ensuring all campaigns align with our demand generation objectives, drive measurable results, and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on understanding of digital advertising channels and a proven ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
What you will do:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Armis and the external paid media agency.
- Work closely with the Global Campaigns, Customer Marketing and Regional Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging and campaign objectives.
- Monitor agency performance and hold them accountable for deliverables, deadlines, and results.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure campaigns and related spend are optimized to drive maximum ROI.
- Drive A/B tests and implement learnings to improve ad performance.
- Manage the paid media budget, ensuring allocation, tracking, and pacing align with forecasts and targets.
- Establish guardrails and provide guidance to prevent campaign overlap in both market presence and cannabis-related spend.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms, enhancing the effectiveness of paid media targeting.
- In partnership with the paid media agency, create and present regular performance reports highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging channels, and best practices in paid media.
- Recommend new opportunities and strategies to keep the company ahead of the competition.
What we expect:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media, ideally within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of managing external agencies and achieving measurable campaign success.
- Deep understanding of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using platforms like Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and report on financial metrics.
- A team player with a strong and confident personality and a positive attitude.
- Strong grasp of the English language (spoken and written).
