The Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Regional Marketing Manager to join our team and make an immediate impact on our revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing leader with a proven track record of designing and executing high-impact, data-driven marketing programs that support and accelerate the sales pipeline.

In this role, you will be responsible for partnering closely with sales leadership to craft a go-to-market (GTM) strategy that drives measurable results. The ideal candidate will excel at planning and executing events—ranging from large trade shows to intimate regional engagements—while using a data-centric approach to optimize performance and ensure alignment with key business objectives.

As the primary marketing lead, you will focus on demand generation throughout the sales funnel, ensuring that programs are optimized to increase both lead volume and quality. This includes planning, executing, and measuring the success of high-visibility events and customer engagement activities to build and accelerate the pipeline, ultimately driving pipeline conversion to revenue.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re passionate about data-driven marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable business impact. Strong communication skills and the ability to align marketing efforts with business goals are critical, as you'll be closely collaborating with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of field programs.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and Execute Regional Marketing Programs: Partner with sales leadership to design and execute marketing initiatives that generate and accelerate pipeline at every stage of the funnel, with a strong emphasis on top-of-funnel activities.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of regional events, trade shows, customer engagement initiatives, and other local marketing activities aimed at building and accelerating the sales pipeline.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, account management, and the technical SE team to ensure alignment of field marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Act as the bridge between marketing and sales to ensure the success of pipeline-driving activities.
  • Content Development: Leverage corporate messaging, product positioning, and industry insights to develop compelling content and communications that resonate with target audiences, including technical and executive stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs, DevOps, Security Architects, etc.).
  • Performance Measurement and Optimization: Provide closed-loop reporting on the effectiveness of field marketing programs. Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and recommend actionable optimizations to continually improve ROI.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain transparent and frequent communication with key stakeholders, including the marketing leadership team, sales, and executive leadership. Ensure alignment on goals, progress, and outcomes of field marketing initiatives.

What We Expect:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B Field Marketing, ideally within a security or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize marketing programs that target technical and executive audiences (CIOs, CISOs, DevOps, Security Architects, etc.).
  • Experience managing high-impact events and programs with a data-driven mindset, ensuring clear metrics for success and continuous improvement.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment, with experience building and scaling marketing programs from the ground up.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work seamlessly in a decentralized, cross-cultural team environment, fostering strong relationships and driving alignment toward common goals.

Why You'll Love This Role:

  • Make a Direct Impact: Your efforts will have a direct influence on pipeline development and revenue growth, making you a key player in the company’s success.
  • Collaborative and Innovative Environment: Work with a talented and diverse team in a fast-growing company where your ideas will be heard and valued.
  • Grow with Us: Opportunities to expand your leadership and marketing skills as part of a high-performing, data-driven marketing organization.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
