Location: This will be an Office-based role in Bucharest (3-4 days a week)

 

The role:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Creative Services team. As a key contributor, you will create visually compelling designs that elevate the Armis brand, enhance marketing campaigns, and resonate with our diverse audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visuals for digital and print media, including web assets, social media graphics, sales collateral, and more.

What you will do:
• Design and produce digital and print assets, including infographics, web banners, social media content, event materials, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with business objectives.
• Uphold and evolve the Armis brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear and engaging visuals.
• Work closely with the web team to optimize designs for performance and user experience.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Stay current with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to your work.


What we expect:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in B2B technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS industries.
• Proficiency in Figma a must, as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including digital and print work.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback effectively.


Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing for cybersecurity or technology-focused companies is a plus.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus but not a must have.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
