
Senior Developer Community Manager

Location: This will be an Office-based role in Bucharest (3-4 days a week)
We are seeking an organized, independent and creative Senior Community Manager for our Developer Community. This role is mission critical to how Armis showcases value to, of and about our developer community.
Your role is very much focused on both showcasing our latest and greatest tech innovations but also nurturing, expanding and developing our community of IT developers.
You will be a member of the Global Campaigns & Customer Marketing team, you will be focused on community marketing primarily the development community but will have other pan Marketing projects and objectives.
What you will do:
Campaign Development:
- Working across the wider Campaign Management Team, you will be accountable for building and deploying a series of campaigns to the wider developer community about Armis and how we can help developers derive value from work with the Armis Centrix platform and associated tools
- You will liaise with the Innovation and Development teams in Armis to understand that the latest and greatest capabilities available to Developers and others are and how we should bring these to market
Community Building:
- You will have a continuous focus on how to build, nurture and expand awareness about our community and to get more developers to become members of our community
- You will ensure that Armis showcases our development community at an array of digital and physical activities
Showcasing Value & Resources:
- You will run campaigns to showcase the expanding range of developer tools and capabilities we are providing to allow external IT developers to derive enhanced value from our platform and ecosystem
- You will work with our Comms team to push for wider media awareness about our development community and the amazing new tools and technologies we have developed
What we expect:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing / communications / campaigns preferably in the technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS industries.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and file management systems (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive, DAM platforms).
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
