
Senior Manager, MarTech Operations

Location: This will be an Office-based role in Bucharest (3-4 days a week)
The role:
We’re looking to add a dynamic and experienced Marketing Technology Operations Manager to our Marketing team. In this role you will understand how to get different technologies and teams to work well together. As a player-coach, you are equally adept at rolling up your sleeves to tackle hands-on challenges and mentoring your team to excel.
You are a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and ability to execute marketing vision. You know how to successfully work across time zones and teams to create efficiencies through process improvements, technical or otherwise.
What you will do…

Drive effective teamwork and communication across teams by prioritizing work, creating documentation, and managing workflows across several marketing channels.

Enhance digital, technical, and operational infrastructure to optimize efficiency and process.

Manage the Marketing tech stack, including; Marketo, Salesforce, Goldcast, Drift/Qualified, Asana, and more.

Define and build marketing programs that grow the relationships with our alliances and partners while delivering pipeline.

Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the marketing database, ensuring data is added, scrubbed, enriched, and removed as needed.

Report on email and nurture stream performance.

Collaborate closely with the broader Marketing team, to align marketing activities with broader company objectives.

Stay on top of industry best practices;

Marketing and Operations trends,

Utilising AI to better improve automation and workflows,

Other emerging technologies to support continuous improvement.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a small but mighty team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their continued professional development.
What we expect…

5+ years of managing marketing operations, including reporting, metrics, strategic insights and alignment, and special projects.

Minimum 2 years leading a team.
- Marketo Certified Admin

Scale-up experience with a proven track record of success in a Marketing Operations leadership role.

Strong proficiency with Marketing Ops tools including Marketo, Salesforce, Goldcast, Drift/Qualified, Asana, Excel, and Google Analytics.

Strong analytical, organizational, and managerial skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of SaaS customer acquisition.

Experience building, analyzing, and optimizing B2B Marketing funnels, including lead scoring and campaign automation, and working with B2B Sales teams.

Experience working with remote teams with excellent leadership and coaching skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and prioritize your work and the team's work.
