
Financial Analyst

Location: This is a 100% remote position for those located in the United States.
The role:
Be a critical part of the Forecasting Center of Excellence, as the analyst responsible for analytics and support of our OpEx, spend, and headcount forecast. This role will support the FP&A business partnership team by enhancing our OpEx forecasting process and building centralized reporting across all Armis functions.
What you'll do:
- Automate variance analysis to understand trends over time and between plan scenarios (budget/forecast/actuals)
- Refine forecasting assumptions through a data-focused approach
- Provide key reporting and analysis to the FP&A business partnership team: personnel expenses, travel, program spend, commissions, and more
- Turn data into insights by building and maintaining Key Performance Indicators
- Understand and apply knowledge of best practices for data extraction and manipulation across our various systems
- Build dashboards and reports in spreadsheets, presentations, and BI tools
- Ad hoc analysis
What we expect:
- BS degree in finance or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, or consulting/banking in a SaaS or technology field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and extract meaningful insights
- High competency in complex spreadsheets and experience with BI tools (Adaptive Insights, DOMO, Netsuite, Salesforce are a major plus)
- Able to pivot from spreadsheet to presentation: turn data into tangible business insights
- Knowledge of the SaaS business model and its KPIs (ACV, ARR, retention metrics, etc.) is a plus
- Growth mindset and intellectual curiosity
- Self-starter who can take minimal instructions and drive tasks/projects to completion
Salary range guidance for this position is: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
