This involves tackling the complex challenges of scalability, latency, and reliability head-on. • Improve Infrastructure Observability
Build internal tooling to improve visibility into streaming pipelines. Create standardized logging, tracing, and metric collection practices.

  • Provide Developer Support and Training
Mentor developers, document best practices, lead workshops, and provide guidance on how to efficiently and correctly leverage the platform.

  • Support Production System
Collaborate with DevOps peers to investigate production issues and ensure developer-facing tooling behaves reliably under load.

What we expect…

  • 8+ years in software engineering with a focus on streaming platforms, distributed systems, or backend infrastructure

  • Strong coding skills in Java, Python, or Scala

  • Experience creating and maintaining SDKs, libraries, or developer-facing tooling

  • Proficiency in building observable systems: metrics, logs, tracing, self-healing mechanisms

  • Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment flows

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a passion for enabling developers

Bonus Qualities:

  • Mentorship experience and a leadership mindset
