Location: This will be an office-based role in Bucharest (2-3 days a week).

You will be an active member of our Marketing Centre of Excellence (MCoE). You will work alongside and manage two digital specialists who are also based in Bucharest. You will report into the Corporate Marketing function which is lead by our Chief of Staff. You will have a dotted line into the Director, Marketing Centre of Excellence (MCoE).

We are seeking an organized and proactive Web Developer to ensure the smooth functioning and optimization of our corporate website. This role is critical to the successful management and enhancement of our online presence. You will play a key role in maintaining, updating, and improving our digital platforms to provide the best possible experience for users.

What you will do:

Website Management & Optimization:
- Drive a rebuild of Armis.com to ensure it is fit for AI and Generative Search era. We want to ensure we are surfacing highly in all primary search engines and optimised to maximise on web traffic.
- Ensure the website is able to accommodate our corporate marketing requirements where needed and to ensure the site is driving contact capture and lead generation for our demand generation team.
- Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the corporate website, ensuring functionality, speed, and reliability.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to update website content, graphics, and layouts to align with branding and campaigns. Ensure you are aligned to our brand and creative services functions.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve technical issues such as broken links, security vulnerabilities, and outdated plugins.
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Ensure the website is compliant with accessibility standards and responsive across all devices.

Analytics & Reporting:
- Track website performance metrics such as traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates, and provide monthly reports to stakeholders.

- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other web analytics platforms to monitor and enhance user experience.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement A/B testing to optimize website performance.

Technical Support & Development:
- Coordinate with IT and external vendors for hosting, server management, and technical troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement new features and functionalities to enhance website capabilities.
- Ensure website data is backed up regularly and protected against potential cyber threats.

What we expect:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in website management, preferably in the technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS industries.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla, as well as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with SEO tools and practices, web analytics platforms, and website optimization techniques.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
