We are seeking a Principal Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge Application Security products. This high-impact role involves working closely with Product and Engineering teams to build scalable security solutions, integrating AI-driven security alert detection, and driving strategic partnerships with top organizations. As a technical leader, you will shape the future of Application Security through innovation, efficiency, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Part of a team that is developing and integrating code scanning and application security products to proactively detect and remediate vulnerabilities.
 - Build a next-generation application scanner that seamlessly integrates with VIPR and AppScanner to enhance security measures.
 - Work with top-tier organizations as a design partner to refine and scale security solutions from inception.
 - Develop and optimize a multi-agent AI pipeline to improve application security operations.
 - Detects security alerts and contextualizes them using an AI-first approach for improved incident response.
 - Drive NPI (New Product Introduction) strategies, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effective security solutions.
 - Join an established high-growth development team and influence security architecture and strategy across the organization.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with some level experience in App Security Engineering or DevSecOps. (Developer Security operations experience)
 - Deep expertise in security vulnerability management, secure coding practices, and security automation.
 - 5+ years of experience with Python, Node, AWS, GIT Administration and CI/CD Pipelines
 - 5 years of experience with MongoDB or S3 Architecture
 - Ability to influence cross-functional teams and work with executive stakeholders.
 - Experience working with large enterprises and high-profile partners to drive security innovation and adoption.
 - Experience with embedding Security Controls in CI/CD Pipelines

Pay ranges $220,000 to $240,000.00
