
Technical Customer Success Manager

As a T.CSM, you will be the business strategist for Armis’s highest-value, enterprise-scale accounts. This is a high-impact role where you are directly accountable for the Net Retention Rate (NRR) and Gross Retention Rate (GRR) of our most significant ARR contributors.
You will lead the end-to-end technical journey—from hands-on operationalization to aligning our latest innovations with C-level security objectives. You aren't just ensuring the platform "works"; you are ensuring it is indispensable to the CISO’s strategy, directly influencing renewal certainty and expansion opportunities.
What You’ll Do: Strategic Impact & Revenue Accountability
- Drive Financial Health: Directly influence GRR and NRR by ensuring customers achieve documented ROI. You will proactively identify and mitigate technical risks that could jeopardize renewals.
- Executive Stewardship: Translate complex technical health metrics into high-level business value for CISOs and Economic Buyers. Lead Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) that align Armis’s roadmap with the client’s long-term digital transformation.
- Strategic Growth Identification: Partner with Sales to identify and qualify expansion opportunities. You will match new Armis innovations and modules to untapped customer use cases, creating a continuous "value-expansion" loop.
- High-Stakes Technical Delivery: Lead internal teams to ensure configuration, integration, and operationalization of the Armis platform within massive, complex global environments. You will ensure the deployment is architected to meet the customer’s most rigorous security use cases.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the "Account CEO" for technical matters, mobilizing Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to solve blockers for platinum-level clients.
- Ecosystem Integration: Act as a Subject Matter Expert on how Armis integrates with a client’s entire security stack (SIEM, SOAR, CMDB), ensuring Armis is the "central nervous system" of their security operations.
Requirements (Tailored for Strategic Impact)
- Enterprise Experience: Proven track record managing a portfolio of high-ARR ($1M+) strategic accounts in the Cybersecurity or SaaS space.
- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of NRR/GRR dynamics and the ability to link technical success to renewal outcomes.
- The "Consultative" Edge: Ability to move from "hands-on keyboard" technical troubleshooting to high-level strategic advisory in the same hour.
- Advocacy & Influence: Strong ability to prioritize the customer’s voice within Armis Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap in favor of strategic account needs.
