
Program Manager

Key responsibilities include managing complex Strategic Account deliverables, tracking post-deployment actions and status; monitoring progress and mitigating risk; and coordinating cross functional project outcomes.
The Program Manager will act as the central point of contact and coordination for internal stakeholders (SEs, AEs, DA, CS, Product), providing updates and ensuring proper communication.
- Align program objectives with the company's overall strategy and set long-term goals.
- Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and stay within budget. Track progress against milestones, and ensure customers and staff are meeting objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between project teams and customers, senior management, and key stakeholders. Ensure transparent communication and align expectations.
- Identify potential risks and conflicts, develop mitigation plans, and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
- Produce accurate and timely program status reports for leadership and stakeholders, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Act as the key point of contact for all stakeholders, including executives and project teams by providing regular, transparent reports on progress and issues.
- Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify opportunities for improvement in project management practices.
- Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring they are on track and aligned.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ensure processes and outcomes align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

- Facilitate clear and effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Ability to motivate teams.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues and challenges.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and communication.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact the program's success.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and program progress, making adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and present regular reports on program status, progress, and performance.
What we expect:
- BS in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- PMP preferred
- 4+ years in Program Management with a software security company
- Strategic thinker: able to see the big picture, set long-term goals, and align projects with strategic objectives
- Previous experience in fast-paced, start-up software environment
- Good technical acumen; able to understand cyber security terms, workflows, and functions
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills
- Able to mitigate risks and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Does well with competing and shifting priorities
- Customer advocate experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sense of urgency, resilience, and a can-do attitude
