What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop Engineering Managers, Team Leads, and engineers across multiple teams.
- Partner with Product Management to define goals, shape roadmaps, and deliver business outcomes.
- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality products.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, design reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Build a scalable organization while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What we expect
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple engineering teams and engineering managers.
- Proven experience leading managers, not only individual contributors.
- Strong technical background with at least 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native software development, including SaaS architectures, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, containers, observability, reliability, and modern engineering practices.
- Experience building and operating products in public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to contribute to technical strategy, architecture reviews, design discussions, and critical engineering decisions across multiple teams.
- Experience leading cross-functional product development teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong product mindset and demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Product Management.
- Strong bias for action and demonstrated ability to drive execution with urgency while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building SaaS products at scale.
- Experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, security operations, exposure management, asset management, or related domains.
- Understanding of security practitioner workflows and enterprise security use cases.
- Experience building products that combine traditional user experiences with AI-assisted or agentic workflows.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
