Technical Documentation Writer

Job Responsibilities: 

 

  • Write and update user-friendly technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and release notes.
  • Collaborate with our product, development, and QA teams to ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Understand the ArmorCode platform in-depth to create effective documentation.
  • Participate in documentation project planning, coordinating with product development schedules.
  • Conduct quality reviews of documentation for clarity and accuracy.
  • Engage with the latest platform features through testing to maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Develop an accessible documentation portal for users.
  • Gather and implement feedback from users and stakeholders to improve documentation.
  • Keep up with industry trends in technical documentation.

 

Qualifications and Experience Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical writing, ideally within software development or a related sector.
  • Quick learner with a solid understanding of technical concepts.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, Zendesk Guide).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear, accessible manner.
