Security Guard - Site Supervisor (HOA)

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership-

• Provide effective leadership to the security team on-site
• Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and ensure compliance with security protocols
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Site Supervision:

• Oversee security operations within the HOA community
• Coordinate and deploy security personnel effectively
• Assist in creating and managing the site's security officer schedule
• Availability to help cover staffing gaps
• Update report numbers and other critical data in the on-site computer system daily
• Communicate with the client daily to align on standards and expectations
• Update the Rancho Solano Security team regularly with new protocols or operational changes
• Ensure the implementation of security policies and procedures
• Training new officers at site on specific protocols, procedures, and client expectations
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for HOA management and residents
• Be available to assist the client as needed, including adjusting hours for early starts or late stays.

General Duties:

• Maintain kiosk operations for a designated amount of time
• Perform comprehensive vehicle patrols and gate checks throughout the site
• Ensure safe and cautious driving to effectively monitor the area
• Conduct gate functionality checks once per shift
• Issue and process parking permits
• Identify and report HOA violations within the community
• Answer and document incoming phone calls and their outcomes
• Record kiosk visits and their outcomes
• Proactively monitor surveillance cameras
• Document individuals loitering at the gate and waiting for it to open

Qualifications:

• Previous HOA security and supervision experience is highly preferred
• Excellent administrative and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (MVR)
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to remain vigilant and proactive in ensuring the security of the community
