Armorous is excited to announce a supervisory opening for a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our team. We are hiring an Armed-Operations Supervisor.
This role plays a crucial part in upholding the security, professionalism, and client satisfaction we’re known for.

Location: Throughout the Bay Area (Vehicle Provided on Shift)

Salary: $70,304 per year (salaried position)

Position Details

Role: Operations Supervisor

Schedule: (4 Days on, 3 Days off - 12 hour shifts)

• FRIDAY - - - 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (NIGHT SHIFT)
• SATURDAY - - - 6:00 PM - 6:00 (NIGHT SHIFT)
• SUNDAY - - - 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (NIGHT SHIFT)
• MONDAY - - - 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (NIGHT SHIFT)

Key Qualifications

To qualify for either role, candidates should have:

• Preferred: Minimum of two years in a Lead or Supervisor role in Security
• Customer service expertise
• Current & Valid CA BSIS Guard Card and Firearm Permit
• Up-to-date BSIS Certifications
  + 8-Hour Initial Guard Card Course Certificate
  + 32-Hours of Continuing Education
• Proven leadership skills, with a commitment to leading by example
• Outstanding communication and observation abilities
• Ability to effectively utilize mobile technology on the go
• Clean driving record and valid Drivers License

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Supervisors play an essential role in ensuring a safe, professional, and responsive work environment. Duties include effective communication, problem-solving, excellent de-escalation techniques, and time management.
