Role Overview: We are seeking an Associate Growth Marketing Project Manager to work under our Sr. Growth Marketing Project Manager & serve as a key partner in helping drive the success of our growth initiatives. You’ll support the team in coordinating marketing campaigns, managing timelines, and ensuring cross-functional alignment on growth projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop their project management skills while learning from an experienced senior leader and contributing directly to high-impact marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management Support: Work closely with the Sr. Growth Marketing Project Manager to support and execute project plans from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Campaign Coordination: Work with creative, content, and digital teams to execute and track marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social, PPC, content, etc.).
- Collaboration with Senior Leadership: Partner with the team to align on campaign objectives, performance metrics, and strategic priorities to ensure all initiatives support our broader growth goals.
- Strategic Input & Learning: Gain exposure to strategic planning by participating in planning sessions with the team, offering ideas, and refining processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Help identify potential issues in campaign workflows, bringing solutions to the team for joint decision-making and implementation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or marketing within a digital marketing team, ideally in the health/wellness or CPG industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and familiarity with growth marketing tactics.
- Experience with outside Ad or Marketing agencies
- Experience with growth marketing emails, ads, and platforms such as Figma
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) is highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in a remote, dynamic startup environment
