Job Title: eCommerce Project Manager
Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)

ARMRA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm EST

About ARMRA: ARMRA® was born from a near-fatal health crisis that forced its Founder & CEO, Dr. Sarah Rahal, to uncover what modern life has stolen. As a pediatric neurologist, she turned to exhaustive research and ancient wisdom to find a solution—not just for herself, but for the growing health crisis affecting us all. Your body isn’t broken—it’s brilliantly designed for strength, resilience, and vitality. But the modern world scrambles the signal, disconnecting you from the intelligence encoded within. ARMRA Colostrum™ is nature’s original blueprint with 400+ bioactive nutrients that restore what modern life strips away. It works at the cellular level to remind your body of its original code and reawaken its innate intelligence—so you can reclaim your birthright to thrive.

Who We Are

  • Builders, not passengers – We take ownership, thrive on momentum, and embrace challenges.
  • Resilient and resourceful – We find a way forward, even when the answer isn’t obvious.
  • Mission-driven – We believe in what we’re building and are passionate about making an impact.
  • Direct and constructive – Feedback is a gift, and we embrace it in order to grow.

Who We Are Not

  • Performative – We don’t play games, manipulate optics, or curate an image for external approval.
  • Entitled – We don’t expect rewards without contribution.
  • Clock punchers – We don’t attract those looking for just a "job"; we seek individuals who want to build careers, take ownership, and find joy in their work every day.

The Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Project Manager to lead and manage cross-functional projects across our Shopify-powered eCommerce platform. As the sole project manager on the team, you will own the execution of initiatives that enhance customer experience, improve site performance, and support business growth. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders across marketing, product, creative, engineering, and operations to ensure project alignment, prioritization, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about optimizing the digital customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead end-to-end execution of eCommerce projects—from new feature rollouts to site optimizations and campaign launches.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all Shopify-related initiatives, coordinating across teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation, and ensure all milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Prioritize competing tasks, track progress, and remove blockers to keep projects moving forward.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and roadblocks clearly and regularly to stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with developers, designers, marketers, and CX to test and launch site features, integrations, and performance enhancements.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline eCommerce processes and improve the customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of project management experience, preferably within an eCommerce or consumer brand environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing Shopify or similar eCommerce platform projects.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Jira) and comfortable with Agile workflows.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Passion for health & wellness and enthusiasm for contributing to a purpose-driven brand.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, ancestry, sex, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status or other characteristics.
