About ARMRA: ARMRA® was born from a near-fatal health crisis that forced its Founder & CEO, Dr. Sarah Rahal, to uncover what modern life has stolen. As a pediatric neurologist, she turned to exhaustive research and ancient wisdom to find a solution—not just for herself, but for the growing health crisis affecting us all. Your body isn’t broken—it’s brilliantly designed for strength, resilience, and vitality. But the modern world scrambles the signal, disconnecting you from the intelligence encoded within. ARMRA Colostrum™ is nature’s original blueprint with 400+ bioactive nutrients that restore what modern life strips away. It works at the cellular level to remind your body of its original code and reawaken its innate intelligence—so you can reclaim your birthright to thrive.

The Role: We’re looking for a Senior Manager of eCommerce to help drive continued growth across our owned digital channels and elevate the end-to-end customer experience. In this role, you will support and collaborate closely with the VP of eCommerce and Director of eCommerce to execute initiatives that increase conversion, retention, AOV, and overall DTC performance. You’ll play a key role in shaping the onsite customer journey, owning eCommerce operations, leading digital merchandising, and managing the full lifecycle of digital products—from ideation through execution and ongoing optimization.

This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of digital marketing, product, site experience, merchandising, and platform performance. You’ll work closely with creative, growth, retention, CX, and engineering teams to deliver a best-in-class shopping and subscription experience. The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic thinking, user-centric design, analytical rigor, and technical fluency, with a strong background in eCommerce product management and roadmap development.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Operations, QA & Performance Monitoring

  • QA the site 2–3 times daily, walking the store to proactively identify issues, UX friction, or bugs before they impact performance.
  • Monitor key analytics thresholds (e.g., conversion rate dips, funnel breaks, add-to-cart drops) and immediately flag abnormalities to eCommerce leadership and analytics partners.
  • QA all new launches, landing pages, product releases, and feature updates—both pre-launch and post-launch—to ensure accuracy, functionality, and flawless execution.
  • Maintain meticulous oversight of site quality, ensuring every experience is clean, consistent, and fully functional across devices.

Product Management & Roadmap Execution

  • Own and execute updates in Shopify related to product templates, site pages, discounts, and other eCommerce configurations.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product and site experience roadmap outlining short- and long-term initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, design, operations, growth, CX) to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop detailed product documentation, including specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Experience Design & CRO

  • Partner closely with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive, engaging, and conversion-driving customer experiences.
  • Lead A/B testing and CRO initiatives to continuously improve site performance and user engagement.
  • Champion a user-centric mindset across all product development and onsite experience enhancements.

Execution, Delivery & Cross-functional Alignment

  • Prioritize and manage the digital product backlog, ensuring alignment with revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and cross-team coordination to ensure smooth execution of projects and enhancements.
  • Communicate product updates, roadmap progress, and performance insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Performance Insights & Continuous Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on eCommerce performance metrics to guide decision-making and optimize the customer journey.
  • Gather and synthesize customer, user, and internal feedback to guide ongoing product improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to increase product adoption, customer engagement, and subscription retention.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a best-in-class digital experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7–10+ years in eCommerce or digital merchandising, ideally in a fast-paced DTC or CPG environment.
  • Deep Shopify experience (5+ years), including working with custom templates and integrations.
  • Strong command of eComm KPIs: conversion, bounce, AOV, CLTV, cart abandonment, site speed, etc.
  • Experience owning digital merchandising strategy and testing frameworks (e.g., A/B, multivariate).
  • Confident in analyzing performance data and distilling insights into action.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Subscription experience (e.g., ReCharge, Stay, Skio) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with UX best practices and digital design principles.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, ancestry, sex, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status or other characteristics.
