Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Build loads in our Transportation Management System (TMS) 
• Work with the capacity team and other departments 
• Communicate directly with customers and provide resolutions as needed 
• Provide quotes to customers as needed   
• Track and trace pick-ups and deliveries via phone, e-mail or online
• Enter order information into logistics software and update order status
• Provide proofs of delivery (PODs) to customers when required

Requirements:

• Proficiency in professional oral and written communication
• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Demonstrated success in the ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively
• Ability to work without immediate supervision
• Ability to follow a 100% in-person on-site work model
