As a remote-first company, we’re focused on providing opportunities for high performing individuals to have deep impact in the fast growing fintech space. A clear mission, a commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to experiment empower us individually and together deliver the best products for our clients and users.

As a Vertical Marketing Manager at Array, you will be the strategic owner of personalized account messaging, industry positioning, pipeline acceleration, and revenue impact within your assigned vertical. This role reports to the Senior Partner, Marketing.

Why this role matters

Generic messages don’t win must-get accounts. The Vertical Marketing Manager exists to make sure every message a target account sees — a sequence, a campaign, an AE deck — feels like it was written specifically for them: their industry, their pain points, their numbers.

This is a highly strategic, hands-on role for a senior marketer who thrives at the intersection of product, sales, and ecosystem partnerships. You’ll operate with autonomy, partner closely with GTM leadership, and directly influence how Array wins in your assigned market.

You will:

  • Define and execute a vertical marketing strategy for your assigned GTM Pod.
  • Develop clear ICPs, value propositions, use cases, and competitive positioning aligned to the pod’s sales motion.
  • Build personalized messaging frameworks by account tier, persona, and pain point — so outreach, campaigns, and AE conversations all speak the account’s language.
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Marketing to embed differentiated data and insights into personalized account narratives.
  • Translate complex, data-rich capabilities into compelling, industry-specific messaging that resonates with economic buyers and technical stakeholders.
  • Deliver field-ready enablement (decks, playbooks, battlecards, ROI tools, customer stories) — personalized to the account level for must-gets — that improves win rates and accelerates deal velocity.
  • Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster — it’s your default, not an afterthought.

Campaign strategy

  • Partner closely with GTM leaders to build and execute campaigns built on personalized messages — 1:1 for must-gets, 1: few for the tier behind them — that generate qualified pipeline from priority accounts.
  • Drive increased awareness within your vertical to position Array as the standard for embedded financial wellness, identity, and privacy products.
  • Coordinate integrated campaign strategies across touchpoints — email, webinars, paid and organic channels, outreach, in-person experiences, and more — with the personalized message carried through every touch.
  • Partner with RevOps to define success metrics, analyze performance, and iterate based on results — scaling what works and refining what doesn’t.

Cross-functional partnership

  • Act as the vertical marketing owner for your pod during planning cycles and QBRs.
  • Influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, Data, RevOps, and Marketing to ensure strong commercialization of new capabilities.
  • Establish and track KPIs tied to pipeline, revenue contribution, win rates, and strategic account growth.
  • Bring market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends into GTM strategy discussions.

You have:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including product marketing, vertical/industry marketing, or partner/channel marketing experience in high-growth SaaS, fintech, financial services, or adjacent environments.
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through vertical or segment-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience building personalized, account-level messaging and running 1:1 / 1:few ABM programs.
  • Strong ability to translate complex, data-centric technology into clear, compelling industry narratives.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Analytical rigor and experience tying marketing programs to business outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A belief that AI is reshaping work — you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.

Pay transparency: $160,000 + for base salary, depending on experience. Full time employee compensation includes an Incentive Stock Option (ISO) grant, subject to Board approval.

Expected interview process: Recruiter Conversation - Hiring Manager Interview - Loop round:

Expected onboarding process: Onboarding at Array is active, not passive: new hires spend their first two weeks building fluency in our products, customers, and value proposition, and are expected to pass scored assessments before beginning role-specific work. Success means meeting defined performance standards through a six-month evaluation period — with continuous feedback and ongoing accountability as core parts of working at Array.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
