About The Role
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
You will be able to carry out various projects independently and in collaboration with Artefact’s teams of experts: Strategy, Activation, Analytics, Data, Creation.
At the agency or at the client’s premises, the senior consultant is a true project manager. The diversity of your missions will allow you to be as close as possible to client issues, to acquire real knowledge of data and to quickly develop your skills.
Your missions will include:
Play as the key contact window (leader for future) with our clients.
Manage and develop team members on project.
Be responsible for consumer engagement strategy planning, initiative building and PMO fulfillment (e.g. playbook, meeting material, etc).
Lead consumer data analysis, generating insight to clients. Plan and coordinate activities with global subsidiaries and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the project timeline.
Review contracts and prepare regular status and progress reports.
Ensure successful implementation of all consumer engagement initiatives.
Grow client capability from bud to mature.
Support on business development for new client.
Who We Are Looking For
At least 3 years’ experience inoperational consulting or consumer engagement field.
Global operation project experiences are essential, experience in consumer electronics is preferred
Strong at strategic thinking about consumer engagement, being able to translate conceptual needs into structural and actionable solution.
Be efficient on slides writing and analysis methodolgy building through excel, always generating specific & quality content.
Solid project management capability for consumer engagement chapter.
Master E2E knowledge across AIPL funnel, different ecosystems (especially wechat) and problem solving journey.
Well understand digital trend, mainstream digital products or tools and high level technical language.
