What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through strategic financial insights, responsive service, and a high standard of operational
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring seamless information flow and tailored reporting, while fostering strong, trust-based relationships that support client growth and retention; maintain a high client NPS and review work for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate closely with CAS, Tax, and overseas teams; mentor and support team development, embrace diverse perspectives, and create an engaging and joyful work environment.
  • Consistently add value, drive satisfaction, and champion a culture of continuous growth and excellence.
  • Maintain working knowledge and understanding of firm software; be able to confidently review client tech stack and identify solutions.
  • Assist with new hire integration and mentor new team members.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of working experience in a relevant field; 3-5 years of experience in a CAS/Client Management capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online; advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills, able to problem solve and use critical judgment.
