Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to support initiatives that shape an exceptional employee experience.Youu’ll oversee critical HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits, fostering a workplace culture where employees thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple HR tasks simultaneously, demonstrating urgency and a focus on results.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for employees, providing personalized support for benefits, leave requests, immigration, and any other HR-related inquiries
- Maintain HRIS (Workday) integrity by inputting updates, performing regular audits for accuracy, and generating ad hoc reports for Ascend as needed.
- Support performance management processes, including performance evaluations, promotions, PSPs, and mentorship programs
- Assist in communicating policy updates effectively to the team.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training (e.g., anti-harassment, cybersecurity, and safety).
- Ensure departing employees are offboarded smoothly, including benefits transitions and equipment returns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of human resources generalist experience.
- Proficiency in HR management systems (HRIS), such as Workday
The base hourly range for this role is $30-$40 per hour. This range includes the anticipated low and high end the hourly range for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including experience, education and/or skill level.
