About the job:

This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the leaders in transportation and logistics and build the future of freight. We are looking for an exceptional RevOps System Administrator to join our team and make an immediate impact.

As a RevOps System Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce instance as part of Trucker Tools' evolving Revenue Operations organization, reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to design, implement, test, and troubleshoot existing functionality, enhancements, and improvements within our instance. 

What you’ll do:

  • Work with each of the functional team leaders to understand our customers, products, and systems
  • Understand the current state of systems configuration, architecture, and integrations
  • Over time, develop a deep knowledge of the core processes that power the GTM, Post-Sale, and Support teams
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Operations Manager to optimize sprint planning and intake of enhancement requests
  • Partner with our GTM, Post-Sale, and Support teams to provide technical support and issue resolution for end-users of revenue systems as needed
  • Identify initial opportunities for automation, data integration, and workflow optimization to enhance operational efficiency
  • Participate in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of Salesforce and other revenue-related systems
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations Manager to execute tasks on larger strategic projects
  • Proactively seek opportunities to optimize system configurations and integrations

What We Are Looking For

  • 1+ year(s) of experience as a Salesforce Administrator; Salesforce Certification(s) strongly preferred
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration with a working knowledge of the following tools: Flows, Validation Rules, Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Ability to translate vague requirements into prioritized problems to solve
  • Process oriented; high level of organizational, project, and time management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize the most impactful work
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, as well as complementary GTM technologies that could have a positive revenue impact 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce systems and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Experience with any of the following technologies a plus: HubSpot (Marketing Hub), Gong, DocuSign, StaxBill, Jira

  • Location: Fully remote
  • Compensation: $80,000-95,000 base salary (based on experience) + target annual bonus
