Legalsense Implementation Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION

Legalsense is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join a growing implementation team and support increasing client demand. In this role, you will own end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, managing multiple engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and handle projects for existing customers. You will report to the Implementation Manager and work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

• Join a growing implementation team and play a key role in expanding capacity to support increasing client demand.
• Own end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary point of contact for your clients.
• Manage a portfolio of 5–10 simultaneous implementation projects.
• Collaborate closely with internal product, support, and sales teams to ensure smooth client transitions and successful outcomes.
• Work with clients across the Netherlands and other European countries, building relationships with key stakeholders.
• You’ll get to explore and apply AI tools in your day-to-day work, finding new ways to simplify tasks, accelerate outcomes, and elevate your effectiveness.

We’re Excited About You Because:

• You bring 2+ years of experience in implementation or project management within a SaaS or software services environment.
• You are skilled at managing multiple concurrent projects and keeping clients informed and on track throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• You are fluent in Dutch, proficient in English and comfortable in a customer-facing role.
• You are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you’re managing several priorities at once.
• You are comfortable using modern AI tools to increase your productivity, including summarizing information, drafting and refining content, analyzing data patterns, and supporting decision-making in your day-to-day work.
• You apply strong critical thinking when working with AI-generated output. You know how to check for accuracy, identify bias or gaps, and validate results before relying on them.
• You possess a proactive, solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset — “I’ll figure it out.”
• You thrive in a small, growing, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
