About us:
We invite you to come grow with us.
Research Partnership (part of Inizio Advisory) is one of the world's largest pharma market research and consulting agencies with over 250 researchers, consultants, project managers and support staff. About the team:
The Project Management team works alongside our Custom and Syndicated research teams to deliver a broad range of qualitative and quantitative (ad hoc and tracking) studies for global pharmaceutical, MedTech and biotech clients to enable them to address product development, marketing, brand, advertising and communications objectives. Our studies are typically multi-market, encompassing respondents in Europe, North America and Emerging Markets.
Each of our research projects will have a dedicated member of the Project Management team embedded within the core project team for the full project lifecycle, providing project management expertise and guidance throughout. Typically, members of our team will support multiple projects concurrently. As an Associate Project Director, this will involve working directly with both the Research Directors, as well as with other departments (Finance, IT, Creative) to provide Project Management subject matter expertise.

The role of an Associate Project Director is to collect costs and oversee the set up and management of fieldwork and data collection to ensure successful completion within best practices. You will be expected to liaise directly with the clients and contribute to the programme operational processes; providing proactive ideas and plans about improving the efficiency of the project management function. Core, but not exclusive, responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-country quantitative tracking studies in the APAC region.
- Collaborate closely with the wider program team to ensure alignment on methodology, timelines and deliverables.
- Responsibility for sourcing, obtaining and negotiating commercially advantageous costs from external suppliers and panel providers for Research Partnership project proposals
