Project Executive

You will be the internal face at our offices in Macclesfield and Manchester, and an ambassador for Inizio Medical within our local community. This is a high-profile role which has a vital part to play in cultivating our culture by helping to create an excellent office experience for our employees. The key focus of the role is to lead, innovate, and deliver exciting and engaging office activities and events throughout the year, support in assigned administrative tasks to support business operations, and to create and maintain a productive and enjoyable office working environment.

Key responsibilities of the role

  • Develop, promote, and implement a rolling calendar of events and initiatives with a focus health & wellbeing, social and community links
  • Create and foster connections with internal stakeholders and external organisations (businesses, individuals, and charitable causes) to promote awareness of initiatives and provide services to our employees to further enhance our office culture.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders to build awareness of, understanding and engagement for employee culture initiatives through a variety of platforms.
  • Deliver a first-class meet and greet service to external candidates, new hires and clients
  • Working with the Facilities team and other key internal stakeholders in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of our Macclesfield and Manchester offices, to include:
    • Managing logistics for all planned events and initiatives.
    • Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures
    • Create an evaluation plan, including systems and processes to track progress of initiatives, in the ultimate goal of creating and maintaining a culture of employee wellness and collaboration.
    • With support, manage the overall budget for the fiscal year for engagement initiatives.
  • Develop office protocols and processes, including digital and technology solutions, and taking account of employee feedback to enhance the user experience.
  • Support in the planning and logistics of internal meetings.
  • Perform assigned administrative duties to support our operations function, to enhance the office environment and to support our employees, new hires and visitors experience.

Role will be full-time, office-based. Ideally based in our Macclesfield office with regular visits to our Manchester office. Note, we may consider the role being based in Manchester for the right candidate, however, a regular presence in our Macclesfield office will be required based on agreed cadence.
