About the role

As an Associate Account Manager, you will be working within a busy environment and be a part of an engaging team that is responsible for managing and growing our business. You will be responsible for delivering a wide variety of projects supporting both existing and new business opportunities. On a daily basis, you will work closely with other account staff members to ensure projects are correctly tracked, planned and managed. You will support project delivery by developing a strong understanding of client needs, meeting deadlines and upholding high standards. As an important client support you will prepare and provide answers to clients regarding project-related questions and keep them up-to-date on project status, including preparing any reports or other necessary documentation ahead of client meetings. For the right individual, this role will provide an ideal platform for career development in account management. This is a remote position and will report into a senior member of the Client Services team.

About you

You will be a confident and driven self-starter with a Bachelor's Degree and up to 2 years of experience in Project Management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) are imperative for interacting with our clients and coordinating with internal teams. The successful applicant will demonstrate initiative and problem solving while maintaining high attention to detail. Above all, we want a creative thinker who is keen to learn and impress!

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. We consider compensation more than just a base salary – that’s why we also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work.

Compensation

$60,000 - $70,000 USD
