Warehouse Assistant
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (Some Overtime & Weekends as Needed)
We are seeking an Entry-Level Warehouse Associate to join our team! This position offers room for advancement and is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and able to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Parts Delivery & Order Pulling – Prepare and process orders, pull materials, pack boxes, and stage deliveries.
- Van Restocks – Assist in keeping service vehicles stocked and organized.
- Efficient Delivery: Safely drive and deliver parts to job sites and customers promptly and accurately.
- Inventory Management: Receive, store, and organize inventory in the warehouse. Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately, ensuring timely dispatch. Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally and courteously with customers and team members. Address any delivery-related questions or concerns.
- Warehouse Clean-Up & Organization – Maintain a safe and clean workspace, including shelves, pallet areas, and common areas.
- Forklift Operation – Load/unload trucks and transport materials (forklift certification preferred).
- Shipping & Receiving – Ensure accurate inventory control, inspect shipments, and reconcile packing slips.
- Basic Data Entry & Communication – Work with internal departments to order parts, maintain records, and resolve any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Entry-Level – Some warehouse experience helpful.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 10-75 lbs and work in various conditions
- Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience a plus).
