Warehouse Associate
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate with strong computer skills.
This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn the HVAC industry from the ground up. You'll play a key role in warehouse operations, inventory management, and supporting field technicians. This position offers long-term career growth and advancement potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management – Receive, label, and stock incoming parts and equipment. Track inventory levels and report discrepancies.
- Order Fulfillment – Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for technicians and jobsites.
- Shipping & Receiving – Unload deliveries, inspect shipments, and reconcile with purchase orders and packing slips.
- Warehouse Organization – Maintain clean, organized shelves and work areas. Follow all safety guidelines.
- Restocking & Supplies – Assist with replenishing technician vans and maintaining inventory of warehouse supplies.
- Forklift Operation – Operate forklift or pallet jack to move heavy items (certification a plus).
- Basic Data Entry – Use inventory systems to log and track materials; assist with internal communication on stock and order status.
- Team Support – Communicate with internal departments and assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years warehouse or materials handling experience
- Ability to lift 10–50 lbs and work on your feet
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office knowledge helpful
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
- Forklift experience/certification a plus
- Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
