Plumbing Install Lead
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Plumbing Install Lead to join our growing team. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, can manage installations efficiently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Plumbing Install Lead will oversee residential plumbing installations, support team members, and ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards. Availability for full shifts and overtime is required.
$5000.00 Sign on Bonus for Qualified Candidates!!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and perform residential plumbing installations from start to finish
- Cut, assemble, and install piping and tubing while working safely around existing infrastructure (electrical, framing, etc.)
- Utilize a variety of plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)
- Ensure installations are completed to code and company quality standards
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers regarding work performed and recommendations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
- Support and collaborate with team members across departments as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 year's experience in Residential Plumbing
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support all areas of the business
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical job duties

$75,000 - $125,000 USD
