About the Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking Go-to-Market Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technical systems-building, AI innovation, and commercial strategy. In this role, you will
architect, prototype, and scale automated revenue systems that power the launch and growth of our applications and solutions for B2B and B2C marketing services. You are not a traditional marketer or RevOps specialist—you are a builder who leverages multiple AI tools daily to eliminate friction, personalize at scale, and create measurable pipeline impact. Your work will directly demonstrate the power of our marketing solutions by using AI-driven campaigns, agents, and workflows as living proof points for prospects. This is a high-impact, hands-on, fully remote role open to strong candidates across Latin America (with a strong preference for Mexico or nearby time zones that allow good collaboration with US-based teams). You will enjoy significant autonomy while working in a high-agency environment focused on shipping real revenue infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build AI-powered GTM systems — Create end-to-end automated
- pipelines for lead enrichment, multi-signal scoring, intelligent routing, personalization,
- and attribution. Use tools like Clay, Apollo, n8n/Make.com, and custom AI agents to
- orchestrate data flows between our marketing applications, CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce),
- and enrichment platforms.
- Engineer B2B and B2C motions at scale — Develop account-based marketing (ABM)
- systems with buying-group detection, intent signals, and personalized outreach for B2B
- marketing leaders. Build scalable B2C journey orchestration, segmentation, and
- behavioral personalization engines that showcase our solutions’ capabilities.
- Leverage multiple AI tools daily — Use generative AI (e.g., Claude, GPT models,
- Grok) for high-quality content, messaging, creative assets, and campaign copy. Deploy
- AI agents for prospect research, qualification, and real-time personalization. Apply
- predictive analytics and AI-enhanced experimentation for continuous optimization.
- Prototype and iterate rapidly — Identify GTM bottlenecks (manual research, slow
- personalization, fragmented data) and ship MVPs using no-code/low-code tools +
- lightweight scripting. Test new plays (signal-based outbound, product-led growth funnels,
- AI demo environments) and scale what works.
- Integrate and showcase our products — Embed our marketing applications and
- solutions into internal GTM workflows and customer-facing assets (demos, POCs, case
- studies, landing pages). Build self-serve elements and AI-powered experiences that let
- prospects experience the value firsthand.
- Build analytics, governance, and enablement — Create dashboards tracking pipeline
- velocity, conversion rates, CAC, and system performance. Implement AI governance
- (human-in-the-loop review, prompt libraries, brand voice consistency, data
- privacy/compliance). Enable sales and marketing teams with AI playbooks, tools, and
- training.
- Drive measurable revenue outcomes — Own leading indicators (data completeness,
- automation coverage, time-to-first-touch) and lagging indicators (qualified pipeline, win
- rates, conversion lifts). Tie every system to clear business impact.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, Revenue
- Operations, Sales Engineering, or a similar technical revenue role (preferably in SaaS,
- martech, or AI-driven platforms).
- Proven track record building automated pipelines, workflows, and AI-enhanced systems
- that improved pipeline or efficiency metrics.
- Strong technical fluency: SQL, Python or JavaScript for scripting/integrations, REST
- APIs, data modeling, and workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, or Zapier with
- AI features).
- Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools (Clay, Apollo.io, or similar enrichment +
- workflow platforms) and CRMs/marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Deep familiarity with multiple AI tools and a bias for using them to accelerate work:
- generative AI for content/creative, AI agents for research and orchestration, predictive
- models, and intelligent automation.
- Solid understanding of B2B buyer journeys (ABM, intent data, multi-threading) and B2C
- personalization/consumer marketing funnels.
- Data-driven, experimental mindset with excellent communication skills—you can
- translate complex technical builds into clear business outcomes for cross-functional
- partners.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) for effective collaboration with US-based
- stakeholders and teams.
- Comfortable working fully remotely with some overlap to US Central Time business
- hours and strong async communication practices.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments; proactive problem-solver who ships quickly and
- iterates based on data and feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience marketing or selling martech/AI marketing solutions.
- Experience building custom AI agents or orchestration layers (e.g., using frameworks or
- no-code agent builders).
- Background in performance marketing, demand generation, or product-led growth.
- Familiarity with data warehouses, reverse ETL (e.g., Hightouch), or conversation
- intelligence tools (e.g., Gong).
