About the Role
We're looking for a Manager, Agile Program Management to drive large-scale digital transformation for one of our strategic retail clients. You'll partner closely with client stakeholders, Product Owners, and cross-functional engineering teams, acting as the trusted delivery leader who keeps Agile excellence, governance, and continuous improvement moving across multiple workstreams.
What you will do:
Agile Delivery & Governance
- Lead Agile delivery across multiple cross-functional teams, aligning with business objectives, timelines, and client priorities
- Facilitate core Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning
- Coach teams on Agile best practices, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Track delivery metrics — sprint velocity, predictability, cycle time, defect leakage, release quality — and communicate clearly to stakeholders
Risk, Impediment & Stakeholder Management
- Identify and remove delivery impediments; manage risks and dependencies
- Protect teams from scope creep and delivery disruptions
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineering, and Retail Operations to prioritize work and deliver business value
Retail Transformation Initiatives
- Support large-scale retail programs including POS modernization, eCommerce, inventory, pricing, promotions, and omnichannel experiences
- Coordinate cross-platform dependencies across ERP, CRM, and Supply Chain systems
Compliance & Delivery Quality
- Promote secure, scalable delivery practices that support compliance requirements such as PCI DSS
Tools & Technologies:
- Platforms & Infrastructure: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, SmartSheets
- Agile Frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- Enterprise Systems: ERP, CRM, and Supply Chain platform integrations
What you bring:
- Experience: 8+ years leading Agile programs, project management, or digital transformation initiatives, including complex, enterprise-scale technology programs in fast-paced environments; retail, eCommerce, or POS transformation experience is a strong plus
- Consulting / Leadership: Proven stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication; consulting or client-facing experience preferred
- Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation, organizational rigor, and a coaching approach that drives accountability and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required; CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist certification a plus
