About the Role

As a Project Manager at AspenView, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects across Data, AI, Cloud, analytics, and software development—owning planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. You will ensure every engagement meets its commitments on scope, schedule, budget, and quality while protecting project profitability and margin. Acting as the primary point of contact for high-level client stakeholders, you will coordinate technical, commercial, financial, and administrative teams, manage expectations, and turn great delivery into lasting client relationships and new business opportunities. Your leadership will directly shape operational efficiency, client experience, team development, and growth.

What You Will Do

Project Initiation & Planning

  • Receive and validate contract, proposal, scope, budget, schedule, and commitments from Commercial and Pre-sales teams, identifying gaps, risks, or inconsistencies before execution begins
  • Define objectives, deliverables, acceptance criteria, milestones, owners, and governance mechanisms, and lead the project kickoff
  • Build and maintain the comprehensive project plan, including schedule and budget baselines, resource allocation, and control mechanisms for scope, time, cost, quality, and risk
  • Identify internal and external stakeholders, analyze their influence and interest, and define engagement and communications strategies

Scope, Schedule & Change Management

  • Ensure all activities and deliverables align with the approved contractual scope, and formally manage client acceptance of deliverables
  • Identify, document, and manage change requests early, coordinating impact analysis, effort estimation, and commercial assessment before execution
  • Maintain and control the detailed project schedule, monitoring progress against plan, implementing recovery plans, and protecting contractual milestones
  • Maintain full traceability of decisions, agreements, commitments, and modifications throughout the project

Financial Management & Margin Protection

  • Manage the approved project budget, monitoring planned versus actual costs across hours, resources, licenses, infrastructure, and suppliers
  • Track actual margin against budgeted margin throughout the project lifecycle, anticipating and correcting deviations from rework, over-allocation, or unbilled activities
  • Ensure additional client-requested activities are identified, assessed, and monetized in coordination with the Account Manager
  • Oversee invoicing milestones, payment agreements, and the supporting documentation required for timely billing and collection

Risk Management & Governance

  • Identify technical, operational, financial, contractual, and relationship risks from project start, maintaining an up-to-date risk matrix with treatment plans
  • Execute mitigation plans promptly, escalate critical risks, and document lessons learned
  • Keep project documentation, indicators, and records current in tools such as Azure DevOps, Planner, MS Project, or equivalent platforms

Team Leadership

  • Lead the technical team, consultants, and analysts assigned to the project, clearly communicating objectives, priorities, roles, and success criteria
  • Distribute responsibilities according to team capabilities, hold regular coordination meetings, and provide timely feedback
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, results-oriented environment, resolving conflicts and monitoring team satisfaction

Client Relationship & Communication

  • Serve as the primary owner of the operational and strategic client relationship during project execution
  • Manage client expectations on scope, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies through clear, ongoing, and timely communication
  • Lead executive reporting and follow-up committees, presenting objective, traceable information on progress, budget, risks, and decisions
  • Build trust-based relationships, positioning yourself as a strategic ally and value generator for clients

Business Growth & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify expansion, continuity, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities during project execution and channel them to the Account Manager
  • Manage formal project closure—technical, administrative, contractual, and financial—including final reporting and budget reconciliation
  • Document lessons learned, identify reusable assets and best practices, and propose improvements to project management methodologies and tools

What You Bring

  • Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields
  • Specialization or master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, or related areas (desirable)
