We're looking for a Programmer Analyst to join our client's IT team, where you'll be the go-to technical expert for their IFS ERP platform. You'll shape how the business runs behind the scenes—building integrations, optimizing databases, and turning ERP customizations into real operational impact.

What you will do:

ERP Development & Customization

• Develop, test, and maintain scripts and integrations within the IFS ERP system.
• Design and build custom fields, events, and modules within IFS ERP.
• Integrate IFS ERP with third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and regression testing.

Database Development & Reporting

• Create and optimize database objects, including tables, views, and stored procedures.
• Write and code databases using PL/SQL and T-SQL.
• Build and maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Create report schemas using Developer Studio and design layouts using Report Designer.

System Support & Quality Assurance

• Troubleshoot existing systems and APIs, delivering timely, effective resolutions.
• Respond to support tickets within established IT timeframes.
• Perform user acceptance testing on ERP enhancements.
• Monitor deliverables and manage competing priorities across multiple projects.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Document technical processes, user guides, and system architecture.
• Partner with internal teams to clarify requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Stay current with trends in ERP development, .NET technologies, and database tools.

Tools & Technologies:

• Platforms & Infrastructure: Platforms & Infrastructure: IFS ERP, SQL Server.
• Security & DevSecOps: API troubleshooting, system upgrades & regression testing.
• Cloud & IaC: ASP.NET, .NET Core, PL/SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, Developer Studio, Report Designer.

What you bring: Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on application development experience with IFS ERP.
• Consulting / Leadership: Ability to work independently or collaboratively, partnering across IT and executive stakeholders. 
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and energized by solving complex technical problems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills for ERP systems and APIs.
• Location: LatAm-based.
