About the Role

As an Onboarding Lead, you will lead a team that takes care of client onboarding onto the Aspire platform. You will own onboarding metrics end-to-end for the market/s you manage. You will be reporting to the VP of Onboarding based in Singapore.

  • Own onboarding performance and metrics such as conversion, onboarding speed, rejection rate, etc.
  • Manage the country onboarding specialist
  • Manage the onboarding forms, onboarding communications, including their localization
  • Create the onboarding strategy and create an effective, scalable and cost-effective onboarding infrastructure & organization
  • Work closely with key stakeholders such as Product, Sales, and Compliance, to rally everyone around creating strong and effective onboarding experience, processes, and strategy 
  • Troubleshoot and investigate onboarding issues and liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Be the PIC and report onboarding performance and updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Design and maintain the onboarding policies, processes, reporting

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years experience with track record in a leadership role in tech or financial services
  • Experience in onboarding, customer success, or sales operations
  • Highly self-driven and take initiative all the time. You make things happen today versus tomorrow, and are hands-on when needed
  • Can build from scratch, as well as create & implement a strategy to bring the scope to the next level and can prioritize tasks & targets in a highly unstructured environment
  • Can build a team of A players and coach your team, you understand how to address strengths and weaknesses, and leverage new opportunities to uplevel the team

The annual US base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000. This salary range may cover a number of levels at Aspire and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, performance in the interview process and final location.
