ABOUT THE ROLE
You are responsible for operational performance in the EMEA market. You report to the Head of Expansion, with a dotted line to the UK GM. You interact with senior leadership on daily basis.
- Help launch Aspire in EMEA hands on
- Build & maintain all local SOPs, trackers, management reports for EMEA together with the functional leaders
- Supervise operational performance for EMEA clients: Onboarding, Customer Support, Financial Crime, Payment processing, Product performance
- Continuously ensure seamless user journeys across the platform, monitor client incidents, & test the product hands
- Build the roadmap for EMEA operations
- Participate in hiring UK/EU team members
- Work closely with internal - Operations, Product, Growth, Compliance, & external stakeholders - regulators, partners, vendors - to achieve top notch operational performance in EMEA.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have done it before - 10+ years operational experience, with fintech leadership experience. You understand all aspects of financial services, including payments, financial crime, financial risk
- You can build a vision and action plan - You come up with a vision & strategy for your team, build and action plan based on this and execute it, effectively & without supervision, rallying other leaders to your cause
- You have strong communication & project management skills - You are used to communicating with senior executives, as well as with on-the-ground officers. Your communication is clear, structured, and concise. You know how to project manage large projects with a lot of dependencies
- You are customer-obsessed - Putting yourself in the shoes of the customer comes naturally to you. The customer comes first.
