About Us
Duitku.com (an Aspire company) is an online payment solutions provider. We offer online payment coverage for users in Indonesia with credit and debit cards, mobile payments, e-wallets, bank transfer, prepaid cards, vouchers and many others.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Product Ops - Credit Card (Service Delivery Team) - Acceptance to join our team.
The responsibilities covering:
- Address and resolve inquiries related to credit card payments in a timely manner.
- Generate and maintain detailed reports on transaction performance, customer complaints and periodical reports.
- Document all customer interactions and case resolutions in the system.
- Ensure all credit card transactions comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating risks associated with credit card payments.
- Participate in the development and implementation of improved payment processes and protocols.
- Collaborate with the technology team to enhance the payment gateway's functionality.
- Work closely with other service delivery teams to ensure seamless processing of credit card payments.
- Communicate effectively with banks, card issuers, and other financial institutions to resolve issues.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in credit card payments.
- Share knowledge & best practices with team members through training sessions & meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the payments, financial services or banking industry.
- Experience with credit card payment processing/or and fraud detection is highly desirable.
- In-depth understanding of credit card processing workflows and industry standards.
- Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualification
- Proficiency with payment processing systems and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of transaction data.
- Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve payment issues efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail to identify discrepancies and potential fraud.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
