About the team:
At Aspire, we are committed to empowering our customers throughout their journey with us. Our Operations Team ensures customers can operate seamlessly on our platform, and guarantee the best customer experience possible.

What will you be doing?
- Be owner of our detailed KYB guidelines across all our countries - work closely with Compliance and Onboarding managers to constantly improve it (cleared, simpler)
- Train all new joiners in the Onboarding team on KYB topics - create training material such as videos, Disprz module, quizzes as well as a detailed training timeline
- Lead on-the-job training modules to constantly upskill the active onboarding analysts on KYB topics
- Perform Quality Assurance checks to ensure KYB guidelines are respected and design adapted training modules to correct identified quality issues
- Stay current with all regulatory changes and requirements around AML & KYC obligations
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
- You hold a bachelor degree with outstanding academic records
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skill in English
- You have 3 years of experience as KYC Analyst or related roles (preferably in bank or fintech)
- You have strong understanding of KYC or AML procedures for financial institutions
- You are passionate about coaching
- You are analytical and possess strong communication skills
- You are rigorous and detailed oriented
- Able to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment
- Passionate for the fintech industry and is a start-up culture fit
Position based in Aspire's Gurgaon office.
