About the role:
As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in taking full responsibility for Aspire’s performance marketing channels across all markets. You will take a strategic leadership role and monitor, optimize and manage the various performance channels. You will also lead the end-to-end execution of campaigns in collaboration with designers, product, content and field marketers. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, you will play a central role in growing Aspire’s business by improving lead quality and increasing conversion.
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end performance marketing strategies and campaigns across various digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu)
- Plan and execute paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing campaigns
- Ensure all campaigns comply with legal requirements, platform policies, and industry standards.
- Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators, including CTR, conversion rate, CAC, and ROAS.
- Develop and manage budgets for campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other data platforms.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct reviews and strategic discussions with the different account managers to plan for tests and new initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, content) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and implement relevant innovations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in a performance marketing role
- Deep technical expertise with performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Yahoo, Bing)
- Strong technical expertise in Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs
- Understand attribution modeling / lifetime value (LTV) and its impact across all channels
- Strong skills in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven track record of optimizing large Google Ads accounts, driving conversions while meeting ROAS targets
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns effectively.
- Strong communicator and storyteller, possess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Be a proactive self-starter and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Have strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects at once
- Demonstrated experience in working across regional campaigns and different local languages
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of integrations such as with Customer IO, Tag Manager and Hubspot preferred
- Experience in a B2B fintech scale-up
- Based in an APAC timezone
