Our Marketing Team is at the forefront of this exciting journey, playing a pivotal role in building our brand, acquiring new customers, and nurturing existing relationships. Our Marketing team crafts and executes strategies to resonate with our target audience, and also to scale the acquisition of new users by identifying untapped channels and optimizing conversions.

 

About the role:

We’re looking for a technical, ambitious and passionate SEO professional to scale our organic impact beyond anything we’ve seen before at Aspire. Excited by the prospect of spearheading something new? Unphased by the idea of figuring out what the next 10 million URLs should be? This role could be perfect for you. 

Your top priority is to deliver growth. As our first dedicated Technical SEO Manager you’ll work with a global remit to enhance our programmatic SEO impact. You’ll collaborate with SEO Content, Content Marketing, Engineers and Designers to build high quality, highly scalable content and landing pages that provide genuine value to our target audience across the world. 

In addition to launching new pages, you’ll keep an eye on the overall health of our website, proactively monitoring and optimizing to continuously enhance our organic visibility and revenue.

 

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll be responsible for identifying, prioritising, and executing new programmatic SEO opportunities to drive global organic and commercial growth and lead generation at scale
• You’ll develop Aspire expertise to deeply understand our product and target audience to inform how you plan to reach our key decision makers through SEO  
• You’ll measure and report performance to iterate and optimize results 
• You’ll adhere to internal guidelines and process to ensure we remain compliant 
• You’ll develop and implement processes to carve out our impact in search, but also consider Generative Engine Optimization and AI Overviews (and search continues to evolve)
• You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure quality content is delivered in every language and market we launch 

 

Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical SEO role, ideally in-house where you held accountability for the results
• Demonstrable experience using programmatic SEO to launch SEO products or pages at scale
• ​​A track record of growing user acquisition through building traffic from content and technical SEO 
• Confidence in decision-making and providing actionable suggestions
• Demonstrated ability to run complex SEO projects independently, like crawling and schema optimization, adjusting site architecture, launching new pages or managing migrations
• Experience with building business cases and convincing stakeholders with data 
• Experience working with APIs and Engineers with proven effective communication
• Experience with GA4 and GTM
• You should be a hands-on, growth-mindset, target and deadline driven team-player
• Ability to understand Aspire’s needs and organize workstreams and projects with clear timelines and deliverables

 

Preferred qualifications:

• You are familiar with SQL and have some proficiency with a coding language, like Python or JavaScript 
• You speak at least one other language (and can conduct keyword research in that language)
• A background in a B2B company would be helpful
