We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated Master level Clinician to join our In-Home Therapy team. If you’re someone who thrives outside the office and wants to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and families, this is the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assessing families and youth in their natural environments (home, school, community)
- Developing treatment plans that reflect family voice and choice
- Providing therapy to youth and families using evidence-based approaches
- Preventing hospitalizations and out-of-home placements
- Managing crises and building safety plans that actually work
- Guiding families toward healthier relationships, better communication, and stronger emotional wellness
- Teaming up with our bachelor’s-level support staff to provide comprehensive wraparound care
Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field - must be license eligible
- Valid MA Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle with a good driving record
- At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting
- Strong communication skills & emotional intelligence
- Ability to make clinical judgments and work independently
- Compassion, flexibility, and a commitment to equity and family-centered care
- Enjoy fast-paced environments and creative problem-solving
