The Marshfield Clinic provides opportunities for Clinicians to use a variety of evidence-based practices including group therapy, DBT, CBT, and many others. 

  • The independence of building a caseload of individuals and groups, if desired
  • A schedule and work setting that supports an ideal work/life balance 
  • Opportunities for continuing education including monthly trainings

Required:

  • Independent licensure strongly preferred
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Previous experience working with adults, children and families, in an outpatient setting
  • Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record preferred
  • CANS certification required.  May be obtained through on-line training.
  • Organization and time management
  • Computer proficiency and ability to complete clinical documentation in an electronic health record
