Aspire Health Alliance has been designated as a Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC), which is part of a new state initiative designed to provide accessible and equitable mental health care to children, families, and adults! We are at the forefront of a new model of care delivery, which redesigns behavioral health care that is founded on the goals of timely access to client-centered, comprehensive behavioral health care services.
The Clinical Supervisor will set a positive tone/morale for the team; will model Aspire’s mission and professional culture; and will provide clinical supervision for Masters per regulation and licensing requirements. The role will assure all clinical documentation meets the organization’s standard of care; monitors risk; ensures quality of care and compliance are adhered to; and promotes evidence-based practices. The Clinical Supervisor, with the Program Director and Training Department, will have input in the design and development of clinical training to help foster growth and professional development of clinical staff. This job will require the clinical supervisor to stay current regarding all relevant professional literature.
Requirements:
- Independent licensure required LICSW, LMHC, or Psychologist
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
- Previous supervisory/teaching experience preferred
- Experience utilizing Electronic Health Records preferred.
- Proficiency in computer technology required.
- Minimum two years post-graduate experience required and five years strongly preferred.
