Great career growth opportunity exists for an Independently Licensed Clinician to be an Assistant Program Director within our In Home Therapy (IHT) program! Under the direction of and collaboration with the IHT Program Director provides clinical and administrative management of IHT programs with the goal of providing high quality service.

- Values and promotes a diverse workforce, creating a welcoming, inclusive and equitable work environment
- Provides appropriate supervision to staff and clinical supervisors including clinical consultation when needed
- Works with the Program Director to ensure fiscal management of the program and proper use of programs finances are adhered to
- Ensures that all clinical documentation follows quality and compliance standards
- In collaboration with the Program Director designs and facilitates appropriate clinical trainings
- Works with Program Director and Clinical Supervisors to ensure that all intakes are coordinated and completed in a timely manner and that all clinical services are being delivered as appropriate including assessing when discharge ready
- Ensures that all risk management policies and procedures are adhered to by all staff and that there is 24/7 coverage for all IHT services
- Works closely with Program Director and Human Resources to recruit, hire and retain staff as needed
Required:
- An independent license such as an LICSW or LMHC
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other mental health discipline
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to balance administrative needs with staff concerns
- Ability to work effectively and respectfully with staff, interns, individuals, and referring agencies
- Must demonstrate an ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as a member of the outpatient management team
- Strong writing, presentation, training skills and attention to detail
- 1-3 years of previous clinical supervisory experience in behavioral health
- 3+ years of experience in a clinician role
- Knowledge and experience working in a CBHI environment
- Experience with providing outreach clinical services to children, adolescents, and families
- Education and training in Child and Family Home-Based Services
- CANS Certification
