As a Residential Director with Aspire Health Alliance, you will play a key role in enhancing the lives of clients by utilizing your leadership skills in a residential group home setting. You will oversee residence operations and ensure quality care and support are delivered to individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, supervise, and manage the performance of staff, including Residential Rehab Educators and Coordinators.
- Provide fiscal management of site funds, monitor budgets, and address physical plant needs.
- Serve as a liaison for service providers, family, and guardians.
- Monitor the physical and emotional well-being of individuals; ensure the quality of individual treatment and participate in direct care.
- Ensure all staff attend and complete cultural competency training and live training events for special populations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a solid driving record and access to a personal vehicle.
- CPR First and MAP certifications required.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in the human services field.
- Working knowledge of community-based treatment, funding sources, and treatment regulations.
- Flexibility and teamwork skills, leadership, and motivation skills for staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with electronic health record systems.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Includes on-call responsibilities for the designated site throughout the week and alternating weekends for the program.
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
Salary Range
$60,000 - $75,000 USD
