Schedule: Full-Time
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Licensure: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist REQUIRED

We’re looking for a Clinical Supervisor to lead our In-Home Therapy Team — a high-impact group providing therapeutic services to youth and families in the community.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide individual clinical supervision for IHT staff
- Review and sign off on assessments, treatment plans, CANS, safety plans, and progress notes
- Support and coach supervisees through challenging clinical situations and crises
- Monitor documentation for quality, compliance, and clinical integrity
- Conduct performance evaluations, assist with professional development goals, and support performance improvement plans when needed
- Collaborate weekly with the Program Director to support staff growth, quality of care, and team morale
- Step in to cover cases when clinicians are out to ensure seamless care for families
Requirements:
- Independent Clinical License in MA (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
- 2+ years of post-graduate experience (5+ preferred)
- Experience with CBHI services, IHT, or home-based therapy strongly preferred
- Prior supervisory or teaching experience a plus
- Proficient in Electronic Health Records and documentation standards
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships and lift up your team, even on the hard days
