Join the Marshfield Clinic as an Outpatient Clinician and apply your clinical skills and creativity within a dedicated, multidisciplinary team while enjoying a work setting that supports an ideal work/life balance. Develop and oversee a diverse caseload of individual and group clients, catering to your preferences. Provide evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to a varied clientele. Collaborate and contribute actively within a multi-disciplinary team environment to enhance client care. Commit to ongoing professional development through monthly training sessions and other educational opportunities.
Requirements:
- Independent licensure strongly preferred
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Previous experience working with adults, children, and families in an outpatient setting
- Experience utilizing Electronic Health Records preferred
- CANS certification required. May be obtained through online training.
- Organization and time management
- Computer proficiency and the ability to complete clinical documentation in an electronic health record
