FFS Outpatient Clinician

Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and provide consultation to clients, families, caregivers, and other providers.

Provide both in-person and virtual appointments to accommodate diverse needs and preferences for a range of clients and clinical presentations — children, adolescents, adults, families, couples — using evidence-based treatment modalities.

Participate in peer consultation, individual and group clinical supervision, in-house training, and professional development.

Receive office and administrative support, billing and intake management, electronic health records access, and credentialing support.
Requirements:
- Independent licensure required
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Previous experience working with adults, children, and families in an outpatient setting
- Experience utilizing Electronic Health Records preferred
- CANS certification required. May be obtained through online training.
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Computer proficiency and the ability to complete clinical documentation in an electronic health record
