We are searching for a seasoned, dynamic Vice President of Outpatient Services, a pivotal member of our executive team, who will drive strategy and operations for our outpatient clinics located in Quincy and Marshfield. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in defining and communicating both long-term strategic direction and short-term priorities and will have experience leading through change and transition.
The Vice President, Outpatient clinics will use an analytical, data-driven, and goal-oriented approach to running the clinics. They will lead the team in service delivery, financial management, coordination and integration of care externally and internally, and the motivation and performance of management staff and all clinicians. This role will also create growth opportunities for outpatient teams through collaboration with community partners, such as DCF and schools, as well as various funding sources.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills, along with the ability to balance tactical and operational objectives with strategic organizational goals
- A minimum of seven years of prior clinical and administrative experience overseeing behavioral health outpatient clinics
- At least seven years of experience in a progressive management position
- A master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, public health, or another relevant mental health discipline is preferred
- An independent clinical license is preferred
- Proven success in the development of behavioral health programs, both internally and externally
- Experience in managing and delivering clinical services to children, adolescents, and families
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
Salary Range
$140,000 - $180,000 USD
